- iBuyer Sales Model - These are the Buyers who offer to purchase your home, cash and without showings. You can pick the closing date
- Bidding Sales Model - Limited showings, we allow potential Buyers an opportunity to bid on the home online. The bidding site is available for ALL to see and offers transparency. At any given time, you can see the bid and name of the bidder. Bidders are advised that they MUST add 3% to their bid (bid price + 3%=offer price), which pays for their agent and the bidding website. This option saves sellers from paying for the Buyers agent, saving you up to 3%!
