Interest rates are historically low, Valley home prices are still relatively low, and inventory is low. The only thing missing are the Buyers. Where are the Buyers? Well after the traditional 4th quarter slowdown, January is showing that Buyers are coming out of hibernation. January through May is a traditional hot season for real estate, and this should be a great season.
If you are a buyer, you should get in the game sooner rather than later, as prices should go up. If you are a Seller, now might be your opportunity to sell!
